Excel (2003) VBA: MSFlexGrid control load failure due to security

Hi there,
I am trying to create an excel macro with the MSFlexGrid control in a user
form. However, when I am inserting the control in the user form I am getting
the message “the subject is not trusted for the specified actionâ€. How is it
possible to overcome this message and finally be able to use this control?
