Excel 2003 & Windows Vista

Hi,

I have been trying to resolve an issue that only exist when using Excel 2003
on Windows Vista and when trying to programmatically access the VBE.

Initially I thought it was related to my managed COM add-ins but some simple
tests indicates that it's an issue related to running Excel 2003 with Vista.

It's quite easy to reproduce the error and I have made a blogpost about the
issue in the following post:

All softwares involved use the latest availableSP-3 and updates.

Any input that can shed some lights over it is highly appreciated.
