Excel 2003

Hi All

I just upgraded my ibm laptop to office 2003 pro from
2002 pro. Since the upgrade when I am working in excel it
freezes and when I check task manager it shows 2 apps of
excel running and says "not responding" after a minute or
two it returns to normal and everything appears ok. This
dose not happen all the time.

Any thoughts?
