Excel 2004 cells, making the cell border bold?

I

I would like the cell I'm using to be outlined in black so when I
arrow from one cell to the other either side over, up or down the
particular cell I am in will be outlined in black (ie: the border line
of that cell becomes black or red or whatever colour I chose).

I find it difficult to identify where I am on my spread sheet because
the default border colour is so dim.

I'm using Office 2004.

Thanks :)

Excel uses the color that has been picked as "Contrast color" in the
"Appearance" system preference pane. That is how you can change it.
