Excel 2004 "Solver Samples" File

When you elect to install Excel's Solver add-in on a Windows PC, the example
file "SolvSamp.xls" is also automatically copied from the installation CD to
the hard drive.

When I installed Mac Office and specifically the Solver add-in on a Mac, the
"Solver Samples" workbook was also automatically copied from the
installation CD to the hard drive for the Excel X installation but not for
the Excel 2004 installation (as far as I can tell).

My Office Mac 2004 installation disk is far away at another work site, so I
cannot investigate this issue immediately. But I'd like to provide an answer
to my several students who cannot find the "Solver Samples" workbook. Any
insights?

Sorry Mike,

In this case you need to manually copy the file from the install cd to your
drive.
