Excel 2004 tutorial?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

I have Office 2004 and have practically never used Excel, but now I need to. Where can I find a good, basic tutorial? My searches only turn up 2008.

Thanks. I bought an actual book for Office. I'd only thought of an online tutorial. Duh!
