Excel 2007: All of my formats disappeared

Today when I opened up a spreadsheet that I use often, all of my formats are
gone (colors, fonts, etc). I tried to go back and redo the formatting, but
after saving it, closiing the worksheet and reopening it the formats didn't
save. What is going on??Please help!
