Excel 2007 and the context-menu mini toolbar

Hello all.
I searched through the Google archives and didn't turn anything up, so
I'm hoping this hasn't been asked before.
In Excel 2007, when I right click on a cell, I get a standard context
menu. Above that is a little mini-toolbar thing for formatting
options. I turned off the "Mini-toolbar on selection" option, so that
I could select text and not have one pop up... how do I get rid of
this context-menu mini toolbar? I can't find anything on
Microsoft.com's KB, I google'd until my eyes bled, and my boss is
breathing down my neck, asking me to make it go away!

Help?
Sorry if I rambled a bit; I'm a bit stressed.

Some specifics: Office 2007 Small Business (60 day trial) running on
Windows XP SP2. Haven't tried to get rid of it anywhere else (IE,
Word, Powerpoint, outlook, etc.).

Thanks,
Aaron C
