EXCEL 2007 Beta TR2 starting only with extra click

Starting an EXCEL-File with EXCEL 2007 via double click this file is not
opened direct.

Excel opens with more or less all bottoms etc. grey and not showing the
opend sheet.

After clicking office button or minimize button ore something like this the
original worksheet appears.

Any ideas
