Excel 2007 can't save CSV files to network drive

I convert excel spreadsheet data to *.csv files when we need to upload some
new data into our Microsoft Dynamics Navision tables. For some unknown
reason Excel 2007 will not let me save my *.csv files to any network drives.
It will only save the *.csv file to my local hard drive on my workstation.
My IT people have verified this problem on other workstations and don't have
an answer.

Does anyone have any idea what can be done to fix this problem? or How do I
go about submitting this problem to the correct Microsoft team that can fix
this problem?
