I have some charts in 2007 where I copied the entire worksheet and copied it. The charts on the copied sheets will not update when I change the data on the copied sheet. I have tried re-referencing the chart and it will work, but when I close and re-open the updates stop again. I used to do this in 03 all the time with no issue. I have come accross two errors of sorts that I don't understand. When trying to re-reference, I see "The data range is too complex to be displayed. If a new range is selected it will replace all of the series in the Series panel." When I delete the charts and try to remake them (after closing and reopening) I get: "Some chart types cannot be combined with other chart types. Select a different chart type." --This is just a two line chart. I am not doing anything overly fancy but I swear the issue has something to do with all my sheets being exactly the same format. Help?!?!
