Excel 2007 Crashes a LOT

I have been using 2007 for several months now and it crashes on me maybe 10
times a day. It seems that when I load a certain file, which has ADO links
to access tables, that when I try to unload just about any file, I get an
error message "Microsoft Office Excel has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Does anyone have any
suggestions?
