Excel 2007 crashes

I just installed Vista few days ago. Some files were working properly until
recently. Now when trying to open them, I get a crash with the following
error diagnosis:

I then click onto Click for online solution and restart program. When
restarting the program, the file opens properly, however once saved the same
error reoccurs.
Any idea?
