Excel 2007 data missing from screen

Hi, The problem I am experiencing with Excel 2007 is when scrolling up or
down with either a portion of text highlighted; a cell selected to be copied;
or copying a cell by dragging down a column, data just disappears from the
display. The data is still there, the screen just no longer shows it. To make
it appear again, you have to scroll away and scroll back however is time
consuming and does not always work.

I have tested different worksheets (old format and new xlsx) on several
machines all experiencing the same problem. I have tested fresh installs and
upgraded installs of Office, tried different hardware, replaced video cards,
updated drivers and bios etc etc. All to no avail. I did come across one
other posted topic on another website that claimed to have fixed this issue
on an upgraded office installation by deleting the Excel directory under the
user profile (under application data\microsoft) however this has had no
effect for me and any of the machines experiencing it.

Machines tested were all running XPSP2 with all updates, office 2007 has
also been fully updated. This problem occured from the start has has
persisted through Office 07 SP1.

Any ideas? Thanks.

I am experiencing the same problem. Is there a solution? This is making it
very difficult to produce a spreadsheet without errors and is very
frustrating.

I've found that changing the View|Zoom setting by a few percent fixes the
problem.
