Excel 2007 Enterprise

Need Help with Outlook 2003

I have a user that was able to open multiple spreadsheets when using office
2007 professional. Now that he has a fresh new install of office 2007
enterprise, when he tries to open multiple spreadsheets he gets errors for
all of them saying "unable to open". Can anybody point me in the right
direction to correct this?
