Excel 2007 Error in xmlx file after deleting column with ODBC data

1. insert a table with external data (ODBC)
2. cut any column and insert it another place with in the table
3. save and exit the document
4. reload the document
=> The document has an error and needs to be repaired
The repeair looses the table/data information

Another observation - it works fine if you insert the table in cell A1, but
if you place it in A2 to make room for a header, the situation is as descriped
