Excel 2007 - Find and Search not operating properly

I am working on a large spreadsheet where I have to use the "Find" function
to locate a specific account (numerical). Many times Excel tells me it
"cannot find
the number" but when I scroll down, it is right there in front of me. I
have double checked my entries and they are correct, but Excell 2007 does not
locate.

This is very time consuming. Any ideas for me????

I bet one of the options is set in such a way that it makes sense it isn't
found. Click the options button to check them out next time it doesn't find what
you're looking for.
