Excel 2007 "In Ready mode"

I have a Dell Inspiron 9300, 2GB RAM, NVidia 6800 GeForce graphics card,
1.6Hz processor, running Windows Vista Ultimate and Office 2007 Ultimate.
Everything worked perfect until I installed Logitech Orbit MP webcam. Now the
Excel open "In Ready mode" and I cannot do anything until I close it and open
a few times. Then it opens in the familiar "Book1 - Microsoft Excel". The
camera and software are Windows Vista compatable. I have no other software
installed at this time.

Is this a driver issue or maybe a hardware issue?

I would say a question for the camera vendors as it doesn't appear an Excel
Issue
