Having an issue in which if you double click an Excel spreadsheet to open,
Excel will launch but will show the blank, default spreadsheet that opens
when you first open Excel. If I click on the ribbon, the spreadsheet loads.
I have already tried detect and repair, uninstall/reinstall of Excel, and
going into the Advanced-->General--uncheck ignore other apps fix. This pc has
Office 2003 sans Excel 2003, and Excel 2007, running on XP SP3.
