Excel 2007-Lines on 2 Axes

Would you please help to advise how to create chart Lines on 2 Axes in MS
excel 2007?

Hi PA,

Create a regular line chart. Then select right-click one of the lines and
choose Format Data Series. On the first tab, Series Options choose Secondary
Axis.
