Excel 2007 Not Tracking Changes Properly

In Excel 2007, we work in shared workbooks and I track the changes daily, by
selecting highlight changes "Not yet reviewed" by "Everyone" and the
problem is it highlights everything from when we first started tracking the
changes.
I go in and accept the changes and it accepts them, but when you do this
again after more changes have been made, it tracks all of them. It should
only be tracking the ones I have not accepted yet. Not all of them.

I need the workbook to only track the changes that are not yet reviewed
since the last time I accepted the changes.

This problem does not happen in Excel 2003.

Any help would be much appreciated.
