I am currently using Excel 2007 in a Vista environment.
The situation I am trying to answer is as follows:
I complete a multiple tab workbook; each tab is previewed using print
preview and set up to print utilizing appropriate page breaks. I can print
the workbook as previewed, but when I send it to coworkers (via Outlook) both
page and column breaks changing on certain worksheets.
In my investigation I found one odd setup on this particular workbook. The
left margin was set at 1.46 and the right margin was set at .41.
I resolved the problem by changing the left margin to .41 and checking off
the Horizontal box in the Page Setup Margin Tab.
My question is why can I view and print out the workbook on my machine yet
when sending it to coworkers they receive different settings?
