Excel 2007: run macro from Quick Access Toolbar

J

jl

I have created a macro in an Excel file. I also added a command to the Quick Access Toolbar that, if clicked, the macro will be executed.

However, when I open a new Excel file and click on the command, I got an error:

---------
Can not run the macro "xxx". The macro may not be available in this workbookor all macros may be disabled.
--------

I have tried to open a macro-enabled xlsm file and still got the error. Then I created the macro in xlsm file and open a new xlsm file, still got the error. I also played with trust center - trusted location and macro setting, no help either.

Any idea to run a macro from Quick Access Toolbar? Thanks.
