Excel 2007--- Runtime Error

Just installed Office 07.

When I attempt to open up .csv files saved in 03 edition I get the following
warning box

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Program:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\EXCEL.EXE
R6025
-pure virtual function call

Anyone know what is going on here? Thanks
