Excel 2007 screen refresh and graph display problems

I have many "visualisation/ screen refresh" problems with Excel 2007;
Some examples
-charts display (and print!) not well (axes change)
-especially in combination with display zoom factor <>100%; and/or copy
paste of charts.
-fast scrolling of screen: parts of screen are not refreshed
(I enforce refresh by changing zoomfactor, but this should not be the way...)
-my pc is dell latitude D830; speed should not be a problem.

Is this because I have both excel 2007 and 2003 installed?
