Hello,
I have run into a situation in which the following message appears in Excel
2007 when attempting the use the Send to Mail Recipient feature:
Excel could not start the e-mail program.
Check your network connection. Make sure Microsoft Office is installed
correctly, your e-mail program is setup correctly, and you can connect to
your e-mail server.
The clients in question are a pair of Windows 2003 R2 Terminal Servers
running Office 2007 Small Business Edition, including Outlook 2007. This is
occurs in association with only one specific user on both systems, and it was
not a problem before upgrading from Office 2003 Small Business Edition. All
of this leads me to believe that this is a user profile issue, but I am not
sure where the problem might be.
Any feedback regarding how to address this problem would appreciated.
