Excel 2007 Thumbnails in Vista/Win 7

Hi All
I've been using Vista Ultimate for a while, now Windows 7 7100(Which
is awesome).
In both operating systems, Excel thumbnails have never worked, only
for the other office 2007 applications.
Anyone know why this is?
