Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
When I right click, Excel crashes and closes. This seems to affect most but not all spreadsheets. None of the spreadsheets are complex, but most have been created on the PC -- Excel 2000; they are in XLS (rather than XLSX format). It crashes when I right click a selected row, column, or tab. I never knew how much I rely on right click until it started crashing. I am running Excel 12.1.5 and a fully patched version of Leopard.
I have tried copying the content into another, new XLS-format spreadsheet, but it crashes on right click.
I have also tried copying the content into another, new XLSX-format spreadsheet, but that crashes on right click, too.
I've deleted the plists. No help.
Any other suggestions?
