excel 2008 error

We are experiencing more then normal when attempting to open files in
Entourage 2008 the error ³Excel cannot open this file. The file might have
been damaged or modified from its original format.

Are others experiencing this a lot?? what is causing this ?

Would it be possible to send me any such file that shows that alert when you
attempt to open it? That would help us investigate. Also, have you updated
your version of Office to 12.1.4?
