Excel 2008 followup question

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) I received a reply and was told not to reply to his email, I am new to forum type, and how else would I reply with answer and follow up question?

When I click on tab for excel, it does not bold. Is there something I can check on settings??

You are very welcome to "Reply" in the Forum, particularly to your own
questions.

However, we do suggest that you do not reply BY EMAIL. Emails are blocked,
because too many idiots used them to do bad things

As to your problem, I have little idea. The function you want is built-in:
you can't disable it.

Go to Excel>Preferences and search for "Font". That will open the General
tab. What is the name appearing in "Standard Font"? What size is it set
to?
