I can barely see the yellow outline of a selected cell. Can I change to a bolder and another color?

How can I make the 'format' or any toolbar dock?

This is answered in this same thread. Read my reply to the op.

Only the Standard & Formatting toolbars can be docked within the workbook
window in 2008. The others - including the Formula Bar - can be docked at
either of the 4 sides of the screen _outside_ the wkbk window.

In the future _please_ don't REPLY to old threads... This one has been
inactive since September. If the content of the thread doesn't answer your
question you should post a NEW message.
