Excel 4.0 macros is Excel 2007?

I'm a longtime Excel user, who's too old to learn Visual Basic but is very
comfortable with Excel 4.0 macro language. I know that 4.0 macros in
workbooks created by older versions of Excel will run in Excel 2007, but I
don't know how to CREATE Excel 4.0 macros inside Excel 2007.
I'm looking for some basic pointers -- or even a user document if one
exists -- to tell me how to do stuff like create the worksheets to contain
macros, how to call them from ordinary worksheets, etc. Can anyone help?

Your never too old, I'd never used a pc untill my 40's, the first PC I
bought didnt have the o/s installed, installing it was a learning curve ,
I then managed to program a Foxpro App, pre MS, finally when older a more
wrinkled built an Access2k app using VB to manage my business, took about a
week to convert everything from Open Access (a dos type app) to MS Access
the code may not be eligant but it works.
(Personally I prefer Delphi / Pascal)
