Excel 97- Asks to Save from later Version and some feature smay be lost

When i save my spreadsheet, I get the following error
message

"The file was created using a later version of Excel. If
you save this file using Microsoft 97. Information
created with features from the later version may be lost.
To retain the information in the original file, click no,
and use the save as command to save this file with a
different name. to continue with the save, click yes."

Question?

This keeps appearing every time changes are made to the
spreadsheet. I want this to not appear anymore. How can I
do this?
