Excel 97 header

How can I insert a picture in the header using Excel 97.
In Custom Header there is no option for inserting a
picture.

No way to do this in versions earlier than Excel 2002.

A work-around is to place a picture in row 1, expand row 1 to fit the picture
then use row 1 as "Rows to repeat at Top" in Page Setup>Sheet
