Excel 97 - Not Enough Memory

When traying to open an Excel 2002 file in a computer
with Excel 1997 I got the message "Not enough memory"
I bought extra memory (1GB) but the problem persists.
I got the same file saved in Excel 97-2002 and 95 and the
problem persists.

Any ideas?
