Excel 97

I have a spreadsheet that was created a few months back.
I want to forward this spreadsheet monthly to other users.
I don't want it to be a attachment in the e-mail. When
they open the e-mail I want them to see only the
spreadsheet.

Hi Bobbie,

There are security considerations here.

First, as far as i am aware it will have to be an attachment to an email.

Second, anything attached to an email is a potential threat and so most (if
not all) email programmes won't allow attachments to be read before the user
has a chance to inspect it, disinfect it or reject it.

If you're using Outlook for mail and you want the recipient just to
receive the data in spreadsheet format, you can copy the data from the
sheet and paste it into your Outlook message. You can also open the
spreadsheet and select File > Send To > Mail Recipient, and then selcet
"Send the current sheet as the message body." That may be a bit easier,
but it's less flexible.
