Excel 98 and Mac OS 9.2.2 - shortcut keys not working

The following keyboard keys are not functioning properly on my new Power Mac G4:

Page Up
Page Down
Home
End

This is a dual boot machine, but I'm booted in OS 9. Any ideas?

Have you tried a new keyboard? I dont think this is going to be an Excel
Software problem
