Robert,

Go to build a new macro and check out the Transfer Spreadsheet Action. Read
the help files. After you build the macro, you can convert it to VBA.
Providing the Column Headers in your Excel spreadsheet exactly match the
field names in the table, the data from the spreadsheet will go into your
Access table slick as a whistle.
