Excel Add-in Compatibility between Windows and MacOS help

Alex

Hi,

I have been working extensively on excel 2000/windows 2000 and recently
bought myself a powerbook with office 2004 for mac. My problem is that
when I try to open a excel file created in windows on my mac excel but
it pops out for a file called "ATPVBAEN.XLA". Think that's because
this file used some macros referenced to this xla file. But I dont
have this specific "ATPVBAEN.XLA" in my mac office 2004 installation.
I later try to copy this xla file from my Windows PC to my powerbook
but it doesnt work. Seems like mac excel dont recognize this xla.

What can I do? Please help.

Cheers,
Alex

ATPVBAEN is the Analysis ToolPak for VBE - ENglish version. Unless you
did a custom installation, it will be in the

Microsoft Office 2004:Office:Add-Ins:Analysis Tools

folder. Use Tools/Add-ins, and check the Analysis Toolpak - VBA checkbox.
