Excel Add-in Installation

Can someone tell me how to install an Excel add-in in
Windows 2000/XP so that the add-in will be available
regardless of who logs on to the computer? Would it help
to log on as the Administrator before installing the add-
in, or would having administrative privelages be enough?

DonB,

While the XLStart folder is profile-specific, the folder "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Startup" should work for all profiles.
