excel addin build problem

hi.
I made a simple excel addin in c#, to jump a cell on the current row.
It requires .Net 4.5 and visual studio tools for office 2010. While the addin is small, required files are too big.

Is there a way to make a small setup file that is not required .Net and VSTO?
I mean.. I want to build a small standalone addin.
