Excel and all Office programs should include a "Always on Top" op.

I would like to see Office allow an "Always on Top" option in the tools or
another drop down menu. There are so many times that I am trying to add or
transfer information where I need to keep minimizing and maximizing the two
different windows I'm in.

You could try using "windows" INSTEAD of "Minimize and Maximize". And
THEN you could use Tile Horizontal or Vertical! If you had "Always on
top" with one Maximized window, you couldn't see the OTHER window! So
the reason for wanting such a feature is invalid.
