Excel and FrontPage Database Query

I just acquired Microsoft FrontPage 2002, and want to
transfer an Excel 2000 Database with it. My operating
system is Windows 98,2nd edition. In order to accomplish
this task, I read where my my web server needs to be
configured to use Active Server Pages and I need a version
of FrontPage Server Extensions installed. How do I proceed?
