Excel and MailMerge

I've gotten so far as to have the document recognize the
info in Excel, however...it pops up invalid merge field
and then wants to automatically remove my fields

Hi Julia,

We need a little more information since the Mail Merge feature is
different depending on the version of Word you are using. Please
provide the version of Word you are using and the patches you have
installed.

Additionally it could be that your Excel worksheet is not set up
correctly. Here is an article that contains some of the specifics on
using Excel as a data source:
