Excel and MapPoint

I have Excel 2003 on my system. I did have MapPoint 2002 but I recently
uninstalled MapPoint since I don't use it. Now every time I launch Excel
it prompts me to insert the MapPoint 2002 disk. Twice.

I can cancel out of the messages and my document or spreadsheet eventually
loads, but it's really annoying to keep getting this error message. I've
tried
inserting the MapPoint Run CD but Excel doesn't like that either. Anyone
have any ideas???
