Excel and Outlook

Hi

I have a spreadsheet for a mailshot we have just conducted, we dont
have the luxury of a CRM tool so wondered if it was possible to link
say A B C Comapany and their contact to a Task in Outlook that would
act as a reminder

So I woudl have columns sort of like below

A B C Comany, Mr Jones, Tel, Date of Contact, Task Reminder
