Excel and PowerPoint reconcilied...

Avi

Hello,

Following advices by this group, i have completely redesigned ExPaste-xl2ppt
Web site (http://www.EzPaste.net). Meanwhile, the product has been accepted
and listed in Office marketpalce and will be exhibited at PowerPointLive
conference in New Orleans

A lot of messages in this forum pertain to issues related for
automating the copy/paste from Excel to PowerPoint.

I'm glad to announce a new powerful add-in (http://www.EzPaste.net)
that suggests a completely new approach to the problem. I did receive
a lot of helpful threads from Microsoft groups during the development
and i ask to thank everyone for his generous and pertineny
contribution.

Any comments would be highly appreciated

Thanks again
Avi

Avi,
I have downloaded your trial version and am very disappointed in it.

I made a simple table/range in Excel and 3 x 3 and tried to use your
tool to import into Excel. It does import but the results are
extremely distorted in resolution (highly pixilated). It seems to
stretch this to fill most of the slide, with some acceptable margin,
but the image is totally pixelized even though it shows that the image
is 100% x 100%.

Do you actually test this stuff before releasing it?

Hello Bryan,

Thanks for your useful comments although I would have phrased them
otherwise...maybe in terms of suggestions. After all, it is to my best
knowledge the first product of this type on the market

Actually, you are right and the pixelization is caused because I use a
Bitmap format in the trial version in order to enable the watermark. In the
registered version the format is Enhanced Picture and the result is very
sharp.

I take seriously your comment and am going to find some way to propose a
trial identical to the registered version

Thanks again
Avi

Hi Avi

Trials that don't mirror the finished product are not good!! If you would
like code to time limit an addin to xx days I would be happy to let you have
it. Obviously I'm not going to publish on a public forum but email me.
