excel and sql

hi...

I don't have much knowledge on excel and sql. But I want to know as to how I
can relate SQL to excel through ODBC ... is there a set method. can anyone
tell me some link or explain the process to do it?

any information given will be very useful.

includes examples of using variables in SQL queries.

It demonstrates how to use SQL in Excel's VBA to:

* create a database,
* create a table and add data to it,
