Excel API

Hello world,
I'm looking for a cheap but wonderful API to read and write excel
files in both biff (2000) and xml (2007) formats.
I've heard of NativeExcel by NikaSoft, but not tried it yet. I
experienced SoftArtisans' OfficeWriter, expensive.
