Excel Application Examples?

I've reached a point with Excel where I feel pretty good about most things I
can do, and from time to time I turn to these boards for answers. Now and
then I discover something that can be done in Excel that is really cool...
and I'm wondering what else is out there I haven't seen yet.

I am looking to expand on what I know, and am hoping you might share some
links, book recommendations, etc. Where do you find, or have you seen
new/cool Excel application ideas? Scripts, formulas, workbooks...
